Thank you for your interest in registering for the Annual Fall Conference Nov 9- 12 in Spartanburg SC. This conference will be open to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, and support staff offering quality education in a family friendly environment in upstate South Carolina. We are expecting 350+ people at this conference.

The Exhibit Hall will be open November 9th and 10th.

Move in is the morning of November 9th, with Grand Opening of the Exhibit Hall being after lunch on November 9th and that same evening there is a cocktail hour.

November 10th after lunch there will also be a spin the wheel raffle and giveaways event, along with dessert time!

Exhibit Booths Registration will include an 8ft table, table cloth, wastebasket, 2 chairs, registration for 2 representatives and lunch for those 2 representatives on Friday, Nov 10th.

If you are anticipating needing more than 2 representatives,  you can add an additional representative for $50/ per representative.

We are using WHOVA for this conference and you have access to using the Lead Retrieval feature.
