SOUTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF VETERINARIANS

 

An affiliate of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the South Carolina Association of Veterinarians (SCAV) was first established in 1911. Its main objectives are to advance veterinary medicine by providing professional education to the entire veterinary team; enhance the relationships between those in veterinary medicine and those in agriculture, those who have pets, and the government and general public; and protect the public health by promoting proper involvement in human and animal health care by those in the veterinary profession.
