One of the main objectives of the South Carolina Association of Veterinarians is to provide professional education to our members. To this end, SCAV schedules a variety of sessions at its small and large animal academies, the Southeast Veterinary Conference, and its annual conference. As a membership benefit, SCAV members receive complimentary registration to the annual small animal academy and great discounts to the other conferences. In addition, each event provides opportunities for industry partners to meet with veterinarians and share information about their products and services. The Southeast Veterinary Conference and the SCAV Annual Conference also provide attendees with several down-time programs. All events offer continuing education credit for veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
